Requirements

What you'll do

Manage your implementation pipeline and see implementations through from start to finishUse remote access software to connect technical specialists to client's servers/machinesEnsure that a high standard of data entry is maintained in internal systemsCheck client's PCs for System Requirement compatibility using remote access softwareSchedule all implementations that are kept in-house for onboardingLiaise with client and setting their expectation for the data migrationFollow up with clients after the implementationObtain Implementation SurveysAnswer the client's pre-implementation queriesAssist external consultants with client's queriesIdentify & resolve issues and inquiries from members of the team, Partner Network, and ClientsMaintain Implementation documentation, policies, and proceduresMonitor the correct use of LEAP policies & proceduresRevise Implementation processes to improve client & consultant experienceAssist with organising required training, presentations, and events for external consultantsLiaise with technical specialists to ensure data migration expectations have been communicated

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working in Software as a Service and/or the legal sectorDemonstrated organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand, and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network roleDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environmentAbility to work both autonomously and within a team environmentSelf-motivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and the Partner Network
