Implementation Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join one of our client’s within the technology industry. Our client is re-imagining contact centers for modern customers and brands. They deliver a new foundation for security, reliability, and scale across customer service operations. They have a full engagement suite complemented by power AI and advanced analytics. This is a permanent opportunity that is fully remote within Ireland. Please note candidates must be Ireland based and no sponsorship is on offer with this role.

Our client is continuing to scale up their global operations here in Ireland and it’s an exciting time to join. You will join to act as a primary point of contact for implementations and expansions and will leverage your project management skills to ensure each engagement is timely and satisfactory. The role will support new customers from the time they sign a contract to launch.

Responsibilities:

* Act as a critical link between customers, alliance and partners to oversee execution and consistent delivery of implementations.
* Execute internal process steps to initiative new or expansion projects.
* Host customer kick off calls leveraging internal collateral for consistent delivery of project initiation.
* Create long and short term project plans, setting targets and milestones.
* Delegate tasks on the projects to the resources best positioned to deliver.
* Serve as the primary point of contact when multiple resources and 3rd party vendors are assigned to the project.
* Communicate with customer key stakeholders to ensure the project is aligned with their goals.
* Adjust schedules and targets on the project as required to the project changes.
* Update project tracking tools with dates and customer data points.
* Conduct project close out steps – adhering to internal processes and quality controls.
* Manage customer expectations and oversee communications throughout the implementation.
* Contribute to the evolution of the team through the development and maintenance of service offerings and best practices.
* Partner effectively with other team leads to facilitate the inclusion of customer feature requests within the product.
* Act as a technical adviser to the teams as they work through the implementation for customers.
* Showcase experience of conducting technical deployments and implementations.

Experience:

* At least four years in a similar role – preferably implementation focused.
* Experience conducting technical deployment with preference towards SaaS technology.
* Technical aptitude – comfortable support the delivery of technology implementations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven track record of building excellent internal and external relationships.
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
