Information Technology Project Coordinator (LMS & CMS)

About the Opportunity

This position requires expertise in project coordination, Agile methodologies in software engineering, test script writing, UAT support, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Responsibilities

  • Manage training-related logistics including training schedules, request workflow, classrooms, evaluations, communications, learner support, and reports
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate training sessions and events
  • Act as Learning Management System (LMS) administrator
  • Work within the Content Management System (CMS) to implement changes
  • Create and maintain reporting and metrics for leadership
  • Support global training team with material reviews, asset management, and regional projects
  • Apply Agile methodologies to IT learning and development projects
  • Identify blockers, risks, and assumptions in projects and drive decision-making
  • Facilitate meetings and lead project meetings
  • Support training projects, content development, and software implementation
  • Provide regular communications with stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with client's internal policies and security requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination skills, proficiency in Agile methodologies, experience with LMS and CMS, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
