About You

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management and PMO roles, preferably in complex, international, and regulated environments
  • Proven track record in managing digital, ERP, and financial system transformation programs (e.g., e-Invoicing, Treasury, Procurement)
  • Strong understanding of core business processes: Order to Cash (O2C), Procurement to Pay (P2P), Source to Contract (S2C), and Financial Controlling/Treasury
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration
  • Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Healthcare, or similar) with knowledge of GxP/GSP principles — a strong advantage
  • Exposure to major ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and governance responsibilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent digital and ERP transformation projects across global business units
  • Define and implement robust project governance frameworks, ensuring clarity in roles, timelines, documentation, and communication
  • Maintain and optimize Jira and Confluence workspaces to ensure full transparency and real-time visibility on project status
  • Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external vendors, fostering alignment, accountability, and smooth execution
  • Oversee financial tracking, risk management, milestone reporting, and change control processes
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on prioritization, resource planning, and program performance
  • Drive PMO best practices across the organization, promoting consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement
