Cloud Focused IT Project Manager | Freelance
Next Ventures are working with a large SaaS organization in Europe who are currently involved in a large-scale cloud migration. The business is looking for 2 X IT Project Managers who are excited by cloud-based technologies to join their team on a 12 month contract.
This is a remote role - however you will be required to go on site in Germany for the 1st week to meet the team and collect your laptop.
You will be responsible for the setup, transition, operation and further development of application platforms in coordination. Also you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of existing software technologies that the they create from on-premise to a private cloud.
Experience Required:
5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with 2+ years leading cloud migrations A structured approach, results orientation, initiative and analytical skills characterize you, as does your intrinsic motivation to lead projects to success.PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification preferredGood understanding of data privacy laws, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance implications of cloud deployments.Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as strong customer orientation.Ideally experience with DevOps methods & tools.
