About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong infrastructure background to oversee the delivery of a major Infrastructure Upgrade Project within our Health Portfolio, as part of the Change & Design team.
This role involves managing internal stakeholders across all lines of business (LOBs), collaborating with third parties, and developing integrated delivery plans to ensure the success of our N-2 upgrade project.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement customer and internal initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Manage scope, planning, and delivery of programs within specified timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan across CTS and all LOBs.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement with technical, business, and third-party partners.
- Create a tracker and dashboard for weekly progress reporting to senior management.
- Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure governance.
- Drive delivery in technical infrastructure and Agile software environments.
About You
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–5+ years of Project Management experience in infrastructure upgrades across multiple lines of business.
- PM qualification and Agile delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in key tools: MS Project, MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, Clarity.
