About the Opportunity

Project Integration Manager / Project Manager – Global Pharma Environment

Location: Remote CET Timezone

Contract Type: Long-term Project Engagement / 12 month

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage and deliver integration projects end-to-end—on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to align integration efforts with business objectives.
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise system and data integrations, interfaces, and end-to-end process flows within the LDC ecosystem.
  • Governance & Documentation: Maintain project charters, plans, reports, and ensure all documentation meets governance standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and define mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison for project status, updates, and stakeholder alignment at local and global levels.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Finance Modules and understanding of LDC processes and systems (including S/4HANA).
