IT Project Manager

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver internal and client-facing software projects. This role requires someone who can work closely with software developers while also building strong relationships with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, including SDC, UAT, and migration.
• Coordinate between internal development teams and external clients.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Look beyond immediate tasks to anticipate risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, including requirements, SDC, UAT, and migration.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Must be based in Ireland.

Details

Hours: 5 days per week, 9am–1pm or 10am–2pm.

Location: Fully remote (Ireland only).
