IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager / Release Train Lead to manage projects on a daily basis. You will ensure delivery within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. You will oversee the full lifecycle of the project, ensuring that the final products or services meet the benefits outlined in the Business Case.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the project/release train, managing scope, time, and cost.
* Handle the finances of the project/release train, regularly reviewing forecasts and including them in Portfolio Planning.
* Develop and maintain the project schedule, updating estimates as needed.
* Lead the project/release train and product teams through complete delivery.
* Ensure the necessary resources are identified and available.
* Maintain up-to-date delivery documentation, including the Risk Register, Issue Register, Action Trackers, and Daily Log.
* Enhance team efficiency by addressing impediments across the project/products.
* Provide continuous updates to Line Managers and stakeholders.
* Ensure all project team functions are executed, including Communications, Change Control, and Team Management.

Experience:

* 6+ years as a Project Manager, with 5+ years in Release Train Lead/Delivery Lead roles.
* Strong background in project management and/or agile development practices.
* Experience with standard project management methodologies such as Waterfall, PRINCE2, and SAFe.
* Experience with various IT environments, platforms, and applications.
* PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management certification/ ITIL
* Certification in Agile methodologies such as PRINCE2 Agile and/or SAFe.
* Experience in procurement and managing third-party vendors.
* Familiarity with Microsoft applications and environments.
