We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of ongoing projects. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, responsible, and looking to grow their career in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating project activities and tasks
  • Prepare project schedules, meeting notes, and reports
  • Track progress of deliverables and follow up with team members
  • Help manage documentation, project files, and internal communication
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project calendars
  • Support issue tracking and status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure project data is accurate and up to date

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Experience with tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com

Basic reporting or data entry skills
