Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and record action items.
- Track project progress and assist with status reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and governance standards.
Eligibility
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in a coordination, administration, or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or other project management training.
