Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and trackers.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and record action items.
  • Track project progress and assist with status reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and governance standards.

Eligibility

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in a coordination, administration, or project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or other project management training.
