THE OPPORTUNITY

Junior Project Manager / Innovation Choreographer

Role:

Executing the progression of a project lifecycle, from planning and development to execution and delivery. Working with Senior Project Manager / Innovation Choreographer, project leads, and various stakeholders to ensure the project is executed in a timely manner, and with the desired level of quality.

Responsibilities:

* Liaise with the Senior Innovation Choreography team to produce and manage project proposals by coordinating various stakeholders including project plans, proposals, budgets, and resource plans; challenge assumptions for time, costs and risk in order to optimise project delivery and execute project plans,
* A backup point of contact for projects, regular reporting to Senior Innovation Choreographer, to provide full visibility on all ongoing projects activities.
* Coordinate the project activities, managing relevant team leaders for each work package (Project lead, Data Science, Clinical, Proteomics, Manufacturing and Quality) to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Work closely with the Senior Innovation Choreographer to carry out scoping and feasibility of new projects and next phase of projects
* Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed-upon constraints.
* Create and manage project tasks and activities within project management software;
* Align with Finance on ongoing project budgets and expenses.

Experience

* Knowledge of project management software such as Monday.com
* Previous 3 years + project management experience
* Experience within science/biotech/pharma industry
* Third level science qualification
