Litigation Translation Project Manager at Sun IP involves overseeing and managing translation projects for litigation cases and other requests. The role includes collaborating with internal team members, linguists, and client managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate translation projects for litigation cases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Serve as the main contact for attorneys, clients, and vendors, managing expectations and timelines.
• Coordinate with translation vendors globally, ensuring quality, formatting, budget adherence, and meeting deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets, negotiate costs, and manage tight deadlines while upholding quality standards.
• Utilize translation management systems, CAT tools, and relevant software for efficient workflows.
• Identify opportunities to optimize translation workflows and enhance efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of project management experience in legal or litigation translation services. Proficiency in vendor negotiations is required.
