Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing projects and plans in line with brand strategy.
  • Organize and manage store opening events and related promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, retail, logistics, design, IT) and external partners (media, agencies, suppliers).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, media).
  • Provide marketing support to enhance sales efforts and achieve business targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, preparing regular reports for the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.

About You

Key Attributes & Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of marketing or retail project management experience (campaigns, events, budget, reporting).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in editing and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, and design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar presentation design software).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Creativity and an eye for design when preparing presentations and marketing materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  • Languages: English (required); Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Hungarian or Polish is an advantage.
  • Driving licence, active driver.
