SimoTech has an opportunity for an MES Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting one of our multinational clients based in Cork. This is a high impact role where you will act as the central coordination point for the team, ensuring alignment, visibility, and steady progress across day-to-day activities. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead, supporting the delivery of validated MES solutions including Electronic Batch Records, Weigh & Dispense, and electronic equipment logbooks.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to shape ways of working in the team to keep people aligned, work visible, and day-to-day delivery moving. You will introduce and embed Agile/Scrum practices, helping to build a sustainable delivery cadence. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and support team development within a GxP-regulated environment.
