MES Project Coordinator

SimoTech has an opportunity for an MES Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting one of our multinational clients based in Cork. This is a high impact role where you will act as the central coordination point for the team, ensuring alignment, visibility, and steady progress across day-to-day activities. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead, supporting the delivery of validated MES solutions including Electronic Batch Records, Weigh & Dispense, and electronic equipment logbooks.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to shape ways of working in the team to keep people aligned, work visible, and day-to-day delivery moving. You will introduce and embed Agile/Scrum practices, helping to build a sustainable delivery cadence. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and support team development within a GxP-regulated environment.

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting teams within a project delivery environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and maintain alignment to agreed ways of working.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt Agile/Scrum methodologies and take ownership of their implementation within the team.
