Job Description -Lead projects and make sure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the project's goals.Set project goals and track progress, while also checking resource availability and actual performance.Work with managers to ensure resources (people, equipment) are available when needed.Identify and manage risks that could affect the project's cost, quality, or timeline.Keep detailed records of the project and all related information.Review and approve team members' work hours for the project.Create financial models and track the project's budget.Keep an eye on project finances and update reports using project management tools.Handle any changes to the project by evaluating how they affect the scope, timeline, and cost, and communicate those changes to the right people.Work with suppliers to ensure they meet quality, cost, and service expectations.Make sure the project follows all rules, policies, and standards, including those related to IT systems and regulations.Regularly update the team and other stakeholders about the project’s progress.Represent the project in meetings with other departments and project oversight teams.Ensure the project achieves its goals and provides the expected return on investment (ROI).Assess the balance between the project’s size, cost, urgency, risk, and value to stakeholders.Work with business leaders to define what success looks like and ensure the project meets those criteria.Make sure the project follows the company’s project management guidelines.Help and mentor others in the team to share knowledge and promote successful project outcomes.
