Senior Product Manager – Single-Use Technologies (Biopharma)
Our client, a long time successful and rapidly expanding Biopharma Engineering Company based in Cork Ireland, is looking to recruit a Senior Lead Product Manager specialist for their Single-Use Technology (SUT) portfolio. Candidates must have come from a manufacturing engineering background and have extensive client facing and product management experience.
About the role:The role will support the launch of new product innovations in the Biotech space. The successful candidate will play a key role in both current and future product developments as well as the strategic direction into new markets. A unique skill set is required of the candidate spanning both technical engineering capabilities but also critically, having key client facing expertise, communication skills as well as commercial experience that will aid the successful launch of new products to the BioPharma market.
Ideal Candidate and Core responsibilities:5 plus years’ experience in a product manager-related role, preferably having worked with Single-Use technologies within the Biopharma sector.Results-oriented with a diverse skill setDevelop client proposals and managing client opportunities on an end-to-end basisProblem-solving attributes and competenciesExperience managing Customer Orders on an end-to-end basisMaintaining effective cross-functional team communication.Product Strategy: Lead product and business planning, ensuring market alignment.Market Analysis: Studying customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings for differentiation.Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to manage the entire product lifecycle.Go-to-Market: Develop strategies for product launches and growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive efforts across multiple departments for product development and production timelines.
