NPI Project Manager

NPI Project Manager required for a Dublin based Biopharmaceutical organisation.

The role is specifically responsible for managing new product introduction and lifecycle management projects for finished drug products.

Requirements:

* Strong project management skills. Someone who really understands what it is to be a good project manager.
* Packaging Project Management experience. Proven understanding of the basic concepts, the technology, environment, and timelines.
* Understands the critical path, the issues, and what needs to be escalated and what can be absorbed.
* The ability to influence and lead cross functional teams to deliver to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and the health of existing products.
* Strong Communication. Ability to communicate issues and challenges.
* Trackwise experience is a strong advantage.
* Passion for continuous improvement applied to product and program leadership.
