Responsibilities
- Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of properties; owning quarterly reporting to investors.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and enhance asset value.
- Collaborating with the Asset Manager and operational partners to execute capital expenditure projects.
- Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Conducting regular portfolio reviews and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Supporting the identification of new acquisition opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
About You
The Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in positioning GSA as a leader in the Irish PBSA market through innovative management and a commitment to quality.
Eligibility
Essential Qualifications:
- Significant experience with a demonstrable track record of analytical and modelling work within real estate investment in Ireland
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation for stakeholders’ groups at varying levels
- Consistent track record of working in a fast-paced growing organisation, collaborating with colleagues across geographical and function boundaries
- Proven exposure and ability to support the structure of high value deals and execute effectively
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the student accommodation sector
- Thorough understanding of the Irish real estate regulatory environment
