Product Specialist

Collaborating closely alongside the Senior Product Manager, the product specialist assumes the pivotal role of safeguarding the technical portfolio’s integrity within the company. Thriving in a highly collaborative environment, the ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to exchange ideas with team members while also demonstrating the capacity to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
* Conduct On Demand product demonstrations and training.
* Resolve technical queries and perform troubleshooting.
* Contribute to product testing and analysis.
* Assist Senior Product Manager in technical sales conversations.
* Utilize data for performance tracking and reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Work with all departments to manage change requests to improve internal processes.
* Assist in improving existing process flows and ensure these are adhered to.
* 5% travel will be required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Engineering is essential
* 2+ years’ experience, within a product category role is essential
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
* Ability to adapt and change with the business needs
* Technically minded and able to learn and communicate complex technologies
* Experience in consumer electronics highly preferred but not essential
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
