Program Manager (Salesforce)

Project Information:For our client a global innovation leader in the field of eye health and a major manufacturer of spectacle lenses we are looking for Program Manager (Salesforce).
Responsibilities:Program LeadershipOversee end-to-end execution of Salesforce programs including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
Project Governance:Establish program governance frameworks, manage risks, track key performance metrics, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business users, leadership, and external partners. Effectively communicate timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Roadmap & PlanningDevelop multi-phase roadmaps, resource plans, and budgets. Collaborate with business units to prioritize features and enhancements.
Cross-Functional Coordination:Coordinate across internal IT teams, Salesforce administrators, architects, developers, QA, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
Change Management:Drive change management activities including training, communications, and adoption strategies across departments.
Quality Assurance:Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements, and that proper testing and user validation are in place.
Requirments:7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally with 4+ years overseeing Salesforce initiativesBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or PMP a plus.Familiarity with Salesforce SDLC, agile delivery, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Copado, Gearset)Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, capabilities, and limitationsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationshipsExperience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery modelsExperience working with global delivery teamsGermany language knowledge - C1
Certifications (Preferred):Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (optional but beneficial)PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe)Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant (optional but beneficial)
