About the Opportunity

Full Time

PJD Group is recruiting a full-time Project Administrator to support live residential housing developments across Ireland. This is an excellent entry-level role with full training provided — no construction experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
  • Assist with scheduling, programming, and project planning
  • Support tracking of project budgets, timelines, and progress
  • Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and project administration
  • Support health & safety compliance
  • Provide general project support and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed

About You

  • Motivated, proactive, and organised
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using tech tools (Email, Excel, apps)
  • Fast learner with initiative
  • No experience required — full training provided
