Project Administrator

Location: Limerick

Duration: 12 months

Hours: 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Provision of all general administrative duties to the Project Directors and maintaining their calendar/appointment schedules
• Preparing and distributing agendas/minutes of meetings and preparation / supervision of meeting room and conference facility arrangements
• Organization of the Project Team meetings, taking of minutes & maintenance of action lists
• Creating presentations/reports/charts/databases
• Act as travel coordinator, making travel arrangements/accommodation for Project Directors and other departments
• Organize and prepare bi -monthly external communications meetings that are attended by all employees
• Submitting expenses
• Setting up and maintaining an effective administration and filing system
• Carrying out special requests by the Project Directors or management team
• Take ownership for dealing with all project related visitors including organization of activities for outside of business meetings
• Maintain / update project organizational charts as required in line with organization restructuring / employee deployment
• Display pro-active problem-solving ability in approach to work and process improvement
• Act as a role model for confidentiality, discretion, and flexibility and mentor / assist other administrative employees as required

About You

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

2 years experience working in a GMP Multinational environment
