About the Opportunity

Communications Construction Company seeking a Project Administrator in Gardena, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Track projects, billing, and process paperwork related to HR, A/P, A/R, etc.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of office/administrative experience desired
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficiency in Google Earth desired
  • Highly organized, team-oriented, self-disciplined, and a quick learner
  • Comfortable working in an all-male construction environment
  • Bilingual Eng/Span a plus
