Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple construction projects and programmes.
  • Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and trackers including risk logs, issue logs, change control, and action trackers.
  • Support the preparation and management of project programmes, schedules, and milestones.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

About You

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our primary infrastructure market along with having the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a construction consultancy, engineering consultancy, or project management environment.
  • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams and working within frameworks or large programmes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance processes.
