About the Opportunity

As Project Coordinator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your office is located in Dublin City, accessible via public transport. This is a 12-month position with a hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the health and safety programmes team
  • Support tasks and projects as required by your Manager
  • Participate in Process & Continuous improvement activities
  • Promote good cooperation, collaboration, and customer service within teams
  • Report and track projects as required
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties

About You

Ideally, you will have recent relevant experience in a busy administrative role. Strong IT skills in MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required. Familiarity with building power BI dashboards is desirable. Ability to set up ongoing processes, excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are essential. Collaboration with a team is a must.
