About the Opportunity

LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging. If you have 2 + years of experience working as a project coordinator on capital projects and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with "Procure to Pay" activities including raising of Purchase Orders and logging and approval of Invoices
  • Provide contract administrative support to Project Management team
  • Manage the coordination of internal and external meetings, management and distribution of meeting minutes, managing travel arrangements
  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers as required, managing the setup of meetings and maintain a sense of professionalism at all times

About You

Good organizational and facilitation skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills. Self-starter, highly motivated individual that can work under minimal supervision.
