About the Opportunity

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications among internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations to track progress and performance. Support project managers in risk assessment, issue resolution, and workflow optimization. Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain project logs and databases. Ensure projects adhere to company standards, budgets, and timelines.

About You

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support is preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
