We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager in our F&SS business to join our team and contribute to our mission of building strong relationships, driving revenue and expanding our reach in the market place. The role holder reports to the Head of Sales to join our business development team across Ireland. We have opportunities to develop the Company's offering and will welcome applications from people with the relevant skills, experience, and drive to make a real difference in an exciting and challenging market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with pre site visit Rams
  • Assist with scheduling engineers
  • Assist with time sheets for payroll, monthly expenses & overtime
  • Process Pre commission forms and assign to engineers PDA's
  • Engagement with clients and contractors with regard to project programmes & timelines
  • Liaise with stores/vendors regarding stock availability, delivery and procurement
  • Compiling O&M packs
  • Develop an understanding of standards and requisites for certification
  • Populate and update Projects team drives
  • Assist with daily project teams admin duties
  • Compile job pre install packs
  • Updating new job lists on internal systems
  • Ensure project completion paperwork is collated & handed over to service division
  • Assist & provide administrative back up to the Engineering Team & Contractors
  • Collate & produce regular & ad-hoc Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports to Management in a timely manner
  • Assist with Financial aspects of project divisions
  • Promotion of G4S Secure Solutions and its products and services
  • Development of current processes to improve efficiencies
  • Attend training when necessary and attain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all of G4S product range

About You

Experience in a similar role
Experience within the Electrical industry, a distinct advantage
Computer literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Problem-solving ability & display competence in numeracy
Planning & organizing skills
Commercial understanding
Results & Customer Focused
