Project Coordinator GPOS Controls (12-Months FTC)

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful delivery of Global Point of Sale (GPOS) Controls
  • Prepare governance reporting packs and track project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans and milestones
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Operate structured change control processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to workstream leads

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting technology-enabled transformation programmes
  • Hands-on experience with project management and delivery tools such as Planisware, Jira, or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven planning, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Collaborative team player mindset

Eligibility

Experience in Retail domains and project management certifications are desirable.
