About the Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our Drogheda location. This role will involve communication across various channels and require flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, assisting patients with queries, and back filling cancellations
- Patient Communication: Calls, emails, and messages maintenance
- Delivery of 5 star Customer Service
- Team Support
- Ordering and stock management
- Upholding policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc duties

Eligibility
Job type: 16 hours per week after a 6-month probationary period. Evenings and every 2nd weekend.
Experience: Customer Service 3+ years. Clinic experience advantageous. Experience with KPIs desirable.
Education: Leaving Certificate, Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification advantageous.
