About the Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our Drogheda location. This role will involve communication across various channels and require flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, assisting patients with queries, and back filling cancellations
  • Patient Communication: Calls, emails, and messages maintenance
  • Delivery of 5 star Customer Service
  • Team Support
  • Ordering and stock management
  • Upholding policies and procedures
  • Ad-hoc duties

Eligibility

Job type: 16 hours per week after a 6-month probationary period. Evenings and every 2nd weekend.

Experience: Customer Service 3+ years. Clinic experience advantageous. Experience with KPIs desirable.

Education: Leaving Certificate, Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification advantageous.
