Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with our clients.
  • Acting as the client’s representative, always protecting the Client’s interests, under various procurement and contracting strategies.
  • Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensuring goals and timelines are achieved.
  • Developing project reports/documentation.
  • Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of the project in compliance with the Firm’s business and management procedures.
  • Develop project scope requirements.
  • Develop and implement appropriate project execution strategies.
  • Ensure successful completion of projects within the budgeted cost.
  • Establish project resource requirements and lead/motivate the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets.
  • Manage the development of project plans with a focus on the achievement of project goals.
  • Provide performance updates/reports for identification of variances and corrective action.
  • Document management via CDE Platform.
  • Liaise with senior management with regular project performance status.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with all project participants to provide assistance and support.
  • Demonstrate leadership, team skills, self-confidence, and effective decision-making throughout a project.

About You

This role offers a hybrid remote arrangement in Ireland, requiring attendance at the Dublin office as determined by the team's schedule. 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery. Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring their interests are prioritized throughout the project lifecycle. Exceptional communicator, able to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly understood and achieved. Demonstrated experience in developing project scopes, execution strategies, and managing project budgets. Skilled in using Value Management/Value Engineering techniques to optimize project outcomes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams, ensuring resource requirements are met and project objectives are achieved. Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations, with experience in document management via CDE platforms. Capable of producing detailed project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
