About the Opportunity

JOB TITLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR (RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION)

LOCATION: DUBLIN CITY CENTRE

CONTRACT: FULL-TIME/ PERMANENT (37 HOURS PER WEEK)

REPORTING TO: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Project manage development schemes from concept to completion
  • Identify and respond to new development opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions for housing projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Analyze housing provision needs and prepare project appraisals
  • Provide administrative support services for each scheme
  • Appoint Consultants and Building Contractors
  • Liaise with Finance Manager for Budgetary Monitoring & Control
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of a Quality Service

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good commercial and financial acumen
  • Creative and responsive approach to new housing solutions
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
  • Experience in project management in residential construction
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance

Eligibility

Experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
