We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Slack/Asana expert) to drive internal communication, accountability, and execution across the company. This role is central to our operating system, owning follow-ups, tracking project progress, and ensuring that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team, sitting inside Slack and Asana every day to keep our workflows moving. The ideal candidate is assertive yet diplomatic, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a knack for identifying what’s slipping and doing something about it. This is not a support role; it’s a role with real authority and ownership.
This role is a Full-Time remote position.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Slack/Asana expert) specifically with these requirements:
Work closely with the CEO and executive team, with real impact on daily operations. Play a key role in shaping how the company runs as we scale. ❌ You’re unfamiliar with Slack or uncomfortable managing multiple channels.
❌ You haven’t used Asana or a similar project management tool.
❌ You struggle to track details or juggle multiple threads at once.
❌ You avoid following up with senior team members or hesitate to escalate issues.
