Project/Cough Analysis Co-Ordinator

Project/Cough Analysis Co-Ordinator(s) - Permanent Position available in Limerick & Ennis.

Reporting to the Cough Analysis QC Supervisor the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of Cough Analysis Projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the cough analysis process.
* Working with project associates to ensure all files are quality checked within TAT's.
* Managing analyst workloads and ensuring all team deadlines are met.
* Reporting of team metrics and activities to the QC supervisor.
* Create, update and review Cough Analysis documentation.
* Co-ordinate with other team and company disciplines to resolve any issues that may arise.
* Ensure all Cough Analysis related SOP's are adhered to.
* Quality checking of files generated from one of our medical devices in line with company procedures.
* Recording of quality checking results.
* Assist other team disciplines with other team activities as required.

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in a coordination/project management role.
* 3rd level degree, or equivalent is desired.
* Experience in planning and monitoring projects from set-up to closure, ensuring they progress according to plan and key milestones are met.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving issues at an early stage and escalating to key stakeholders when required.
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Word and Excel.
* Hard working, motivated, reliable with a good attitude towards their co-workers.
