What you'll do as Project Deputy General Manager

You will work across a region in various project roles, which may include;

* opening new-build hotels and supporting acquisitions,
* covering secondments and maternity leave in established hotels
* and working on group-wide projects, such as refurbs…
* …all with a view of gaining unique, exciting and varied experience

You will lead our vibrant teams in the day-to-day operation of the hotel to create a superb guest experience; hitting KPIs and delivering results at all times. In order to thrive you need to enjoy working at pace and meeting challenging deadlines.

What You Need

We’re looking for ambitious and experienced hotel Deputy General Managers, who are driven and motivated to push themselves to the next stage in their career.

What You Can Expect

As Project Deputy General Manager you will be flexible on location within the region, being able to work from Galway to Dublin with little notice. But do not worry, accommodation and travel expenses will be provided where appropriate.
