About You

Qualifications:

You have 15+ years of experience leading large-scale capital programmes (€50M–€200M+) in FMCG, food, or similar process-driven industries. You possess a strong technical grounding in engineering design, construction, utilities, food-safety systems, commissioning, and validation.

You are:

A confident leader with executive presence, able to engage effectively at Board/ExCom level. Experienced in steering complex, multi-year programs in demanding environments.
