Project Manager - Contract - Ireland

Are you a Project Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We have a fantastic new vacancy that could be what you’re looking for.

This is your opportunity to work for a high quality electrical contracting services, specialising in many sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences and Airports. Our client are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin but with up to 3 days a week travelling to Europe.

Responsibilities Include

* Project preparation: Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication.
* Inclusion on technical discussions & submittals.
* Coordinating with Customers/Clients and design teams.
* Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including managing & communicating with subcontractors and vendors about any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
* Ensuring site records for all labour, plant, materials, staff are maintained.
* Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
* Progress report to be maintained weekly; report on and manage any changes/variations.
* Identify and track project risks.
* Completing and reviewing all project paperwork.
* Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety.

Skills Required

* Electrical / Construction Industry Background & Vast Experience.
* Experience Managing teams of trades staff.
* Strong Communication Skills.
* Accurate, attention to detail and a methodical nature.
* Excellent knowledge of the Construction Industry, Electrical installs, policies and regulations.
* Must speak fluent English.
* Experience in Data Centres.
