Project Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a Project Manager at our Dublin, Ireland facility to support the Mission Critical Environments division.  This role will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of new projects in Ireland & Europe from the time of order acceptance until project delivery.

Primary duties and Responsibilities

* Maintain production schedules for multiple concurrent projects, including dates, logistics, labor data, financial data, etc.
* Customer submittal package correspondence.
* Manage all aspects of Safety throughout lifecycle of project in conjunction with EHS Team.
* Communicate regularly with internal and external customers regarding project .information, status updates, and scheduling concerns.
* Maintain and communicate financial information related to the project(s).
* Provide responses to internal and external requests both promptly and accurately with complete information.
* Following up to ensure customer satisfaction as required.
* Coordinate communication with customers, including installers, contractors, and end users.
* Work with various Operations teams to assist in successful project execution according to order details and timing.
* Change management coordination for any post-award design changes that occur.

Necessary skills 

* Bachelor’s or associate degree in an engineering, construction or related field.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience working with contractors or customers.
* Ability to learn technical aspects of door systems and manufacturing.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to solve problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
* Able to effectively locate, communicate, and document information.
* Computer Skills: Proficient Microsoft 365 package, ability to navigate BIM & interpret technical drawings.
* Able to learn Manufacturing/ERP system, and CAD Viewing programs.
* Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
* Full Clean drivers license.
