Responsibilities

• Promote Mace's value of safety first
• Ensure quality systems are suitably managed
• Manage project plans from inception to construction phase
• Deliver project objectives in line with Project Plan
• Manage project budgets and highlight risks
• Manage design and wider consultant teams

About You

You will need to have proven experience in project management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and technical expertise in relevant sectors/markets. You should also possess relevant qualifications/certifications for the project portfolio.

Eligibility

Membership of professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent is desirable. Additionally, a degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline along with relevant work experience is preferred.
