IT Project Manager - Infrastructure & Security

This position involves coordinating technology-focused projects with an emphasis on infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. The role requires ownership of project planning, risk oversight, and alignment of resources across internal teams and external partners to achieve successful outcomes. Candidates should bring prior experience managing projects, from defining objectives to overseeing execution, while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide the delivery of technical projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.Develop project documentation, including objectives, schedules, and resource plans.Identify and resolve potential risks or issues to maintain progress.Track and manage expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Foster collaboration between internal teams and third-party providers to streamline delivery.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing updates, challenges, and requirements.Build familiarity with internal tools and workflows to enhance project outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of project coordination or management experience, with a track record of delivering technical initiatives.Background in IT, with expertise in infrastructure and security solutions.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset.Strong communication abilities to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Attention to detail in documenting progress and managing resources effectively.Capable of working autonomously while collaborating within a team environment.
