Project Manager

Job Description

PFH Technology Group are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager
24-month Daily Rate contract

Responsibilities
You are expected to manage all elements of the deployment of the project from initial scoping and planning stages to go-live and onwards, in accordance with the standards, tools and methodologies of the Project Management Office (PMO).You will be expected to report through the primary channels of the Programme senior management frameworkICT Project Managers may be allocated to a portfolio of MedLIS aligned projects. This is to ensure efficient use and maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract.

Relevant Experience A track record of 3+ years successfully managing the delivery of projects within an organisation.Experience of managing project planning, report development, RAID and RACI management along with other project management toolsExperience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated in the submissionKnowledge and experience of applying project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum as a tool in planning, executing and monitoring projects.Displays sufficient leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including liaising with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrate experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects is maximisedDemonstrate an understanding and experience of Agile & Iterative project methodologyAn ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.Good ICT, presentation and report writing skills.Demonstrates and ability to manage the development and delivery of a project plan.Ability to work with the other ICT units to ensure that ICT projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner.Demonstrates evidence of operational management skills including managing own work and that of others, delegating appropriately within the resources available.Demonstrate ability to implement and manage change and business process re-organisation skills.Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services.Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project.Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.Self-starter with a demonstrable willingness to take on responsibility
