Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the end to end delivery of software implementation and enhancement projectsFacilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders Elicit and document business requirements and use casesDevelop project plans, timelines and resource allocations Co-ordinate with internal and external partners to seamless execution Oversee UAT processes and training plansManagement of risks and changes effectively to ensure delivery commitments are met Support commercial expansion by identifying upselling or change order opportunities Maintain strong and trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
ABOUT THE PERSON5+ years of experience in a similar role - business analyst, project manager or similar.Proven track record of delivering software projects - ideally within a SaaS environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - experiencing working in client facing roles Commercial mindset - Ability to balance delivery with client satisfaction and account growth Adaptable to project management methodologies - agile and waterfall Excellent documentation skills such as creation of functional specifications and test plans
