About the Opportunity

Project Manager – Main Contractor

Location: Limerick

A long-established Tier 1 contractor with over 120 years of industry experience is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-profile projects across sectors such as pharma, healthcare, commercial, education, and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover
• Manage project performance, delivery timelines, and client KPIs
• Maintain compliance with internal quality and PM systems
• Lead site resources, subcontractors, and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report on progress, costs, and milestones

About You

Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in project management with a main contractor
• Strong track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects
• Proficient in MS Project or ASTA
• Skilled in managing teams, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Experience in structural steel and MEP coordination a plus
• BIM experience and contract document analysis an advantage
