Project Manager – Tech Transfer Project Manager 12 Month ContractMin 3 Days On-Site

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, interdependencies, and critical milestones.
• Lead and monitor the execution of a large-scale (4-step) NPI manufacturing initiative within the site’s API facility.
• Design and apply robust risk management strategies, identifying potential issues early and implementing measures to reduce impact.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate risk mitigation into project workflows.
• Communicate potential risks and project updates regularly to the Tech Transfer Manager and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, regulatory, and timeline requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams across Production, Capital Projects, Finance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and global functions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve on-time and cost-efficient delivery.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years in senior project management roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
Understanding of GMP principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to organise and deliver complex projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Resilient, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Prior knowledge of API manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
