You will need to have proven experience in project management, communication skills, budgetary oversight expertise, and knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing. You should also have relevant technical qualifications and certifications.
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional development is preferred. A degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline is desirable. Commercial and financial acumen is also important.
