Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with H&S regulations and good practice
• Manage and oversee large/high profile project installations and dismantles
• Ensure projects are delivered within planned costs and agreed timescales
• Forecast current and future workload
• Enhance safe management of contractors and sites
• Review progress against programme and costs
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

About You

Essential Criteria:

• Proven project management experience
• Project Management qualification, preferably PMQ
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on complex building projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial control experience
