A fast-growing deep tech organisation at the intersection of biology and artificial intelligence is seeking a Project Manager to support scientific and client-facing initiatives. The company develops advanced computational biology solutions that enable precision in oncology, genomics, proteomics, neuroscience, and autoimmune disease research helping accelerate discovery and decision-making across the life sciences.

The Role

This position bridges science, data, and strategy, ideal for someone with a strong academic foundation and outstanding communication skills. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, while translating complex scientific outcomes into clear, engaging narratives.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects across biology, computational science, and pharma domains.
• Serve as the key contact for clients and collaborators, maintaining clarity, structure, and professionalism in all communications.
• Deliver exceptional presentations, reports, and slide decks to communicate scientific progress and insights effectively.
• Align internal stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Contribute to proposals and support strategic planning discussions with partners.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills able to simplify and visualise complex scientific data.
• Background in either oncology, genomics, proteomics, neuroscience, and autoimmune disease.
• Experience in consulting or pharma environments is A MUST.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Polished, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
