Project Manager/Business Analyst

Job Description

PFH Technology are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our client’s growing team in Cork.

Objective: Support a digital transformation project

Contract: 6-month contract

Location: Cork hybrid

Start Date: Sept 2024

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements.

Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.

Work closely with engineering teams across multiple time zones to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are captured properly

Represent the engineering team for user acceptance testing which includes but not limited to:

Review and contribute in building test scenarios and cases

Triaging all issues across various engineering teams and ensuring that correct owner(s) are assigned

Manage issue backlog with QA, cross functional IT and UAT teams

Help and support test reporting

Support the Project Manager to ensure that deliveries are on time and to the required scope and quality.

Responsible for delivery quality in order to ensure that the delivered capability meets the business requirements.

Responsible for delivery timeliness in order to ensure that activities are delivered to the project plan.

Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager and escalate appropriate issues in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

At least 8 years’ experience in BA/PM roles.

At least 3-years’ experience on Requirements Elicitation and Project Management using Agile.

Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements. Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
