Responsibilities

• Full project leadership, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and public consultation, building consensus among diverse groups.
• Manage the €150M budget, procurement, and risk.
• Oversee design and implementation, championing sustainable transport innovation.
• Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team and manage main works contracts.

About You

A proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder civil projects (>€50M) in an urban environment.
Demonstrable experience in public realm, active travel, or transport infrastructure.
Exceptional stakeholder management and public consultation skills.
Chartered Engineer or equivalent, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
A passion for sustainable transport and creating a lasting legacy for Dublin.
