Across sectors from commercial to healthcare and hospitality, they’ve built a reputation on doing it well, and on time They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Dublin team. This is a chance to lead high-profile projects across multiple sectors while developing your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from set-up to handover and evaluation
• Establish and meet performance and delivery criteria
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Maintain structured project information and records
• Track and report progress at weekly client meetings
• Plan resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Lead and manage large teams to meet project requirements
• Work with Safety Officers to ensure high standards on site
• Engage with clients on KPI development and implementation

About You

Key Skills:

• Degree qualified in Engineering (further study advantageous)
• 5+ years’ proven experience in Project Management with a Main Contractor
• Experience with project planning software (ASTA/MS Project)
• Strong leadership, delivery, and budget management skills
• Experience across pharma, industrial, commercial, education, health, and data centres
• Experience delivering large hotel projects desirable
• Strong analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and project teams
• Impeccable attention to detail and adaptability
