PURPOSE

The Business Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of specific projects that are part of our strategic agenda for Europe. Working within the EU Change Management function of the GP Europe Organisation and reporting to the Director of Change Management for Europe this person will initially be responsible for the delivery of our e-commerce suite of products and solutions across multiple countries in Europe as part of the strategically important ‘EU Homogenisation Programme’ to capitalise on the recent acquisition of EVO Payments. Working with the multiple business functions in several regions, ensuring all functions are aligned and delivering to common goals through appropriate planning, execution, and drive towards targets. Is results oriented, focused on the bigger picture, relentless on meeting commitments, collaborative across functions, while ensuring strong accountabilities are in place.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establish detailed plans for key strategic projects and drive end-to-end execution of these plans
* Responsible for the delivery of each project to scope, time and budget
* Responsible for the development and delivery for both workstreams (Product Delivery and Commercialisation) that constitute the project to integrate two independent technology stacks and deliver e-commerce products and solutions into new markets
* Establish and run governance to delivery teams & senior leadership
* Responsible for reporting on progress and maintaining project artifacts
* Coordinate planning and execution dependencies with teams such as Product, IT, Sales, Ops, Marketing for a portfolio of work, in region and globally
* Partner with internal business leadership, ensuring the right communication and relationship channels are in place to deliver on their needs
* Use KPIs to demonstrate progress and ensure that projects are realising their benefits.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally

* Ability to build relationships across the organisation

Leadership:

* Lead teams focused on your project in multiple locations
* Ability to present to senior leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

* Proven work experience in project delivery
* BA / BSc / MSc in a relevant field
* Expertise in programme & project management technology and tools
* Advanced MS toolsets a must e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Visio
* CAPM, PMP or Prince certification is a must.
