Project Manager, Electrical

About the Opportunity

Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity as a Project Manager to support the Power Grids Grid Integration Business. You'll be reporting to the Operational Unit Manager and responsible for projects to ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy and customer’s standards, procedures, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources
• Provide performance feedback regarding project progress
• Define project plan documents, including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans
• Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience in the energy sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
